And I have taken into consideration that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not except by a mighty hand.

But Pharaoh will not heed you, so that I may lay My hand upon Egypt and bring My hosts, My people, the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt with great judgments.

And Jehovah said to Moses, Go in to Pharaoh; for I have hardened his heart and the hearts of his servants, in order to perform these signs of Mine among them,

So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy.

Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens.

And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt.
