Return, O Jehovah, rescue my soul! Deliver me because of Your goodness!

Return, we beseech You, O God of Hosts; look down from Heaven and look upon and visit this vine,

And it shall be, after I have plucked them out, that I will return and have compassion on them, and will bring them back, each man to his inheritance and each man to his land.

So, tear your heart, and not your garments; and return to Jehovah your God. For He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and He has compassion concerning the evil.

Who knows if He will turn and have pity and leave a blessing behind Him, a food offering and a drink offering for Jehovah your God?

Therefore Jehovah says this: I have returned to Jerusalem with compassion; My house shall be built in it, says Jehovah of Hosts, and a line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.

How long, Jehovah? Will You hide Yourself forever? Will Your fury burn like fire?

and remembered His covenant toward them, and was moved to compassion according to the abundance of His mercies.

For Jehovah will judge His people, and He will have compassion on His servants.

And Jehovah was moved to compassion from the evil which He had spoken to do unto His people.

For Jehovah will judge His people and have compassion on His servants, when He sees that their power is gone, and there is no one remaining, bond or free.

How shall I give you up, Ephraim? Shall I deliver you up, Israel? How shall I make you like Admah? Shall I set you as Zeboim? My heart churns within Me; My compassions are kindled together.
