and with them Heman and Jeduthun and the rest who were chosen, who were designated by name, to give thanks unto Jehovah, because His mercy is eternal;

and with them Heman and Jeduthun, to sound aloud with trumpets and cymbals and the instruments of song of God; and the sons of Jeduthun were gatekeepers.

Of Jeduthun, the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah; six; under the hand of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with the harp to give thanks and to praise Jehovah.

All these were under the hands of their father for song in the house of Jehovah, with cymbals, lutes, and harps, for the service of the house of God, under the hand of the king: Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.

I cried unto Jehovah with my voice, and He heard me out of His holy hill. Selah.

This poor man cried, and Jehovah heard, and delivered him out of all his troubles.

As for me, I will call upon God, and Jehovah will deliver me.

Evening and morning and at noon I meditate and am in a stir; and He will hear my voice.

When my spirit was faint within me, then You knew my path. In the way in which I walk they have hidden a snare for me.

I love Jehovah, because He has heard my voice and my supplications.

Because He has extended His ear to me, therefore I will call upon Him all my days.
