Do good in Your good pleasure to Zion; build the walls of Jerusalem.

You will arise and have mercy upon Zion; for the time to favor her, yea, the set time, has come.

For Jehovah shall build up Zion; He shall appear in His glory.

Praise Jehovah, O Jerusalem! Boast in your God, O Zion!

For He has strengthened the bars of your gates; He has blessed your children within you.

What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That Jehovah has founded Zion, and the poor of His people shall take refuge in it.

who establishes the word of His servant, and performs the counsel of His messengers; who says to Jerusalem, You shall be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, You shall be built, and I will raise up its waste places;

I bring near My righteousness. It shall not be far off, and My salvation shall not delay. And I will place salvation in Zion, My glory for Israel.

Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads.

Let Mount Zion rejoice! Let the daughters of Judah exult because of Your justice!

set your heart on its bulwarks, pass by its fortress; so that you may recount it to the following generation.

And they will say, This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden; and the wasted, desolate, and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.

Then the nations which are left all around you shall know that I, Jehovah, have rebuilt the ruined places and planted what was desolate. I, Jehovah, have spoken it, and I will do it.

Thus says Jehovah: Again there shall be heard in this place, which you say is desolate without man and without beast, even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate without man, and without inhabitant, and without beast;

the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who shall say, Praise Jehovah of Hosts, for Jehovah is good, for His mercy is eternal; and the voice of those who shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of Jehovah. For I will cause the captives of the land to return, as at the first, says Jehovah.
