For in death there is no remembrance of You; in Sheol who will give thanks to You?

Will You work wonders for the dead? Shall the dead arise and give thanks to You? Selah

Shall Your wonders be known in the dark? And Your righteousness in the land of oblivion?

The dead do not praise YAH, nor any who go down into silence.

But we will bless YAH from this time forth and forevermore. Praise YAH!

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of YAH.

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might; for there is no work nor reasoning nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol where you go.

For Sheol cannot thank You, death cannot praise You; those who go down into the pit cannot hope for Your truth.
