i1 [A Psalm of David.] i0 par I will cry unto You, O Jehovah my Rock: Do not be silent to me, lest, if You be deaf to me, I become like those who go down into the pit.

He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my stronghold; I shall not be greatly moved.

In God is my salvation and my glory; the rock of my strength; my refuge is in God.

And a man shall be as a hiding place from the wind, and a shelter from the tempest, like streams of water in a dry place, like the shade of a huge rock in a weary land.

I will say of Jehovah, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him will I trust.

my goodness and my stronghold, my refuge and my deliverer, my shield and the One in whom I trust, who subdues my people under me.

O Jehovah, my strength and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the nations shall come to You from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.

And again: I will put My trust in Him. And again: Here am I and the children whom God has given Me.

He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.

He lays up sound wisdom for the upright; a shield to those who walk in integrity,

There will I make the horn of David sprout; I have set in place a lamp for My anointed.

the God of my rock, in whom I will trust; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge; my Savior, You save me from violence.

The name of Jehovah is a strong tower; the righteous one runs into it and is safe.
