fire and hail, snow and vapor; stormy wind fulfilling His Word;

For He says to the snow, Fall on the earth; likewise to the showers of rain and the showers of heavy rain.

For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and does not return there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring forth and bud, and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater;

Out of the chamber comes the windstorm, and cold from the scattering winds.

By the breath of the Mighty God frost is given, and the expanse of the waters is frozen.

From whose womb comes the ice? And the frost of the heavens, who has given it birth?
