Jehovah is good to all, and His compassions are over all His works.

The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from the Mighty God.

These all wait upon You, that You may give them their food in due season.

Who gives food to all flesh, for His mercy is eternal.

who covers the heavens with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who makes grass to grow on the mountains.

He gives to the beast its food, and to the young ravens that cry out.

Also, to every living thing of the earth, to every flying creature of the heavens, and to everything that moves on the earth, living creatures, I have given the green plants for food: thus.

Can you hunt the prey for the lion, or satisfy the appetite of the young lions,

Who provides food for the raven, when its young ones cry out to the Mighty God, and wander about for lack of food?

Do not be afraid, you beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness grow green, for the tree bears its fruit, the fig tree and the vine yield their strength.

Observe the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. By how much do you surpass birds.

Nor is He served with men's hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things.
