Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war should rise against me, in this I have confidence.

Jehovah of Hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

In God (I praise His Word), in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do to me.

When I cry out, then my enemies shall be turned back. This I know, for God is with me.

In God I have put my trust; I will not be afraid of what man can do to me.

Blessed is he who has the Mighty God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in Jehovah his God,

I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you, that you should fear a man, who shall die; or the son of man, who shall be made as grass?

But Jehovah is with me like a mighty, awesome one. Therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail. They shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not succeed. Their everlasting reproach shall never be forgotten.

Do not rejoice against me, O my enemy; for if I fall, I shall arise. For if I sit in darkness, Jehovah is a light to me.

And my enemy shall see; and shame shall cover her who said to me, Where is Jehovah your God? My eyes shall see her. Now she shall be trampled down as the mud of the streets.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

So we may boldly say: The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?
