i1 [A Song of Ascents.] i0 par Blessed is everyone who fears Jehovah, who walks in His ways.

Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine inside your house, your children like olive plants around your table.

Jehovah bless you out of Zion, and may you see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.

And God blessed them, and God said to them, Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the flying creatures of the heavens, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.

So God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them: Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.

I will make of you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing.

And the children of Israel were fruitful and increased abundantly, multiplied and grew exceedingly numerous; and the land was filled with them.

Blessed shall be the fruit of your womb, the fruit of your ground and the fruit of your livestock, the offspring of your cattle and the increase of your flocks.

And Jehovah will make you exceed in prosperity, in the fruit of your womb, in the fruit of your livestock, and in the fruit of your ground, in the land of which Jehovah has sworn to your fathers to give to you.

Jehovah your God will make you abound in every work of your hand, in the fruit of your womb, in the fruit of your livestock, and in the fruit of your land for good. For Jehovah will again rejoice over you for good, as He has rejoiced over your fathers,

And out of them shall come forth thanksgiving, and the voice of those who make merry. And I will multiply them, and they shall not diminish; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.

Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them, and it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; I will establish them and multiply them, and I will set My sanctuary in their midst forever.

that our granaries may be full, furnishing kind to kind; and our flocks may bring forth thousands and ten thousands outside;

that our oxen may be laden; that there be no breaking in or going out; that there be no outcry in our streets.

And the man increased exceedingly greatly, and had many cattle, female and male servants, and camels and donkeys.

So God has taken away the livestock of your father and given them to me.

behold, the hand of Jehovah will be upon your cattle in the field, upon the horses, upon the donkeys, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep; a very heavy pestilence.

And Jehovah appointed a set time, saying, Tomorrow Jehovah will do this thing in the land.

You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be sterility or barrenness among you or among your livestock.

The blessing of Jehovah, it makes rich, with no sorrow added.
