He binds up the waters in His thick clouds, yet the clouds are not split open under them.

Also, can anyone understand the spreading of the clouds, the thunder from His canopy?

who covers Yourself with light as with a garment, who stretches out the heavens like a curtain,

who lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters, who makes the clouds His chariot, who walks on the wings of the wind,

It is He who sits upon the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in;

When He utters His voice, there is the noise of much water in the heavens. He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightnings with the rain, and brings forth the wind out of His treasures.

For truly my words are not false; the One who is perfect in knowledge is with you.

O Jehovah, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions;

Great is our Lord, and of great power; His understanding is infinite.

Jehovah has founded the earth by wisdom; He has established the heavens by understanding;

the depths were broken up by His knowledge, and the clouds drop down the dew.

He has made the earth by His power; He has established the world by His wisdom, and has stretched out the heavens by His understanding.
