And it came to pass, when Jehovah was about to take Elijah up into Heaven by a whirlwind, that Elijah and Elisha went from Gilgal.

And he went from year to year on a circuit to Bethel, Gilgal, and Mizpah, and judged Israel in all those places.

And he returned to Ramah, for his home was there. There he judged Israel, and there he built an altar unto Jehovah.

how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas, Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the Word of the Lord, and see how they are holding on.

Now there was a famine in the days of David for three years, year after year; and David besought the face of Jehovah. And Jehovah answered, It is because of Saul and his bloody house, because he had killed the Gibeonites.

And their nobles have sent their little ones for water; they came to the cisterns, and found no water. They returned with their vessels empty; they were ashamed and confounded, and covered their heads.

Yea, the doe also gave birth in the field and abandoned it, because there was no grass.

But I tell you truly, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, and there was a great famine throughout all the land;

And the sons of the prophets who were at Bethel came out to Elisha, and said to him, Do you know that Jehovah will take away your master from over you today? And he said, Yes, I know; keep silent!

And Saul sent messengers to take David. And when they saw the group of prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing, stationed over them, the Spirit of God came upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.

Blessed is the man who gives heed to me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.

And so it was that after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions.

Then they went out to see what had happened, and came to Jesus, and found the man from whom the demons had departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind. And they were afraid.

Now the man from whom the demons had departed begged Him that he might be with Him. But Jesus sent him away, saying,

And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard His Word.

I am indeed a Jew, born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, taught according to the strictness of our fathers' Law, and was zealous toward God as you all are today.

But He answered and said to them, You give them something to eat. And they said to Him, Shall we go and buy two hundred denarii worth of bread and give them something to eat?

I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat.

And His disciples answered Him, How can one satisfy these people with bread here in the wilderness?

So He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And He took the seven loaves and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and they set them before the multitude.

But He said to them, You give them something to eat. And they said, We have no more than five loaves and two fish, unless we go and buy food for all these people.

Then Jesus said to them, Children, you do not have any fish, do you? They answered Him, No.

Then, as soon as they had come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid on it, and bread.
