Then Elisha spoke to the woman whose son he had restored to life, saying, Arise and go, you and your household, and stay wherever you can; for Jehovah has called for a famine, and furthermore, it will come upon the land for seven years.

And it happened, as he was telling the king how he had restored the dead to life, that behold, the woman whose son he had restored to life, was crying out to the king for her house and for her land. And Gehazi said, My lord, O king, this is the woman, and this is her son whom Elisha restored to life.

And so it was, as they were burying a man, that behold, they saw a band of raiders; and they threw the man into the tomb of Elisha; and when the man was let go and hit the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood up on his feet.

And Jehovah heeded the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came back into him, and he revived.

And He came and touched the coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said, Young man, I say to you, Arise!

And he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother.

And her spirit returned, and she arose immediately. And He commanded that she be given something to eat.

And when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, Lazarus! Out here! Now!

And he who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, Loose him, and let him go.

But Peter put them all out, and knelt down and prayed. And turning to the body he said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up.
