2 Kings 19:31-34

For out of Jerusalem shall go a remnant, and those who escape from Mount Zion. The zeal of Jehovah of Hosts shall do this.

Therefore thus says Jehovah concerning the king of Assyria: He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor build a siege mound against it.

By the way that he came, by the same shall he return; and he shall not come into this city, says Jehovah.

Leviticus 25:4
but in the seventh year there shall be a rest of Sabbath observance for the land, a sabbath unto Jehovah. You shall neither sow your field nor prune your vineyard.

What grows of its own accord of your harvest you shall not reap, nor gather the grapes of your untended vine, for it is a year of rest for the land.
