Ahaziah was twenty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned one year in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Athaliah the daughter of Omri, king of Israel.

And the days that Jehu reigned over Israel in Samaria were twenty-eight years.

In the seventh year Jehoiada sent and brought the commanders of hundreds, the mercenaries and runners, and brought them into the house of Jehovah to him. And he made a covenant with them and took an oath from them in the house of Jehovah, and showed them the king's son.

Jehoash was seven years old when he became king.

So Jehu rested with his fathers, and they buried him in Samaria. And Jehoahaz his son reigned in his place.
