The Mighty God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should be sorry. Has He said, and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken, and shall He not make it good?

It is not because of your righteousness or the uprightness of your heart that you are going in to possess their land, but because of the wickedness of these nations that Jehovah your God is driving them out before you, and that He may fulfill the word which Jehovah has sworn to your fathers; to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth. And you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which Jehovah your God has spoken concerning you. All of them have come to pass for you; not one word of them has failed.

Therefore it shall come to pass, that as all the good things have come upon you which Jehovah your God has spoken to you, so Jehovah will bring upon you every evil thing, to destroy you from this good land which Jehovah your God has given to you.

Not unto us, O Jehovah, not unto us, but to Your name give glory, because of Your mercy, because of Your truth.

I will bow down toward Your holy temple, and give thanks unto Your name for Your lovingkindness and Your truth; for You have magnified Your Word above all Your name.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Words will by no means pass away.

He has helped His servant Israel, in remembrance of His mercy,

as He spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his seed forever.

to perform mercy with our fathers and to remember His holy covenant,

Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.

In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, I praise You, Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it was pleasing in Your sight.

Do not fear, little flock, for your Father is pleased to give you the kingdom.

Paul, appointed an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,

having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,

according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,
