that on the third day, behold, a man came from Saul's camp with his clothes torn and earth on his head. So it was, when he came to David, that he fell to the ground and prostrated himself.

And when the woman of Tekoa spoke to the king, she fell on her face to the ground and prostrated herself, and said, Help, O king!

with the pure You show Yourself pure; and with the perverse You show Yourself twisted.

and blessed is the Most High God, who has delivered your enemies into your hand. And he gave him a tithe of all.

And he said, Blessed be Jehovah the God of my master Abraham, who has not forsaken His goodness and His truth toward my master. As for me, being on the way, Jehovah has led me to the house of my master's brethren.

And on the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Berachah, for there they blessed Jehovah; therefore the name of that place was called The Valley of Berachah to this day.

Not unto us, O Jehovah, not unto us, but to Your name give glory, because of Your mercy, because of Your truth.

Blessed is Jehovah, who has not given us as prey to their teeth.

And again they said, Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!

And you have shown this day how you have dealt well with me; for when Jehovah had delivered me into your hand, you have not killed me.

Then Abishai said to David, God has delivered your enemy into your hand this day. Now therefore, please, let me strike him with the spear, into the earth one time; and I will not strike him again.

and have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a broad place.
