And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying: "Blessing and honor and glory and power to Him that sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever. Amen!"

Who has known the mind of the Lord? And who has been His counselor, to instruct Him?

Or with whom has He taken counsel, and he has instructed Him? Or who has taught Him judgment, or who has taught Him the way of understanding;

For from among the nations, behold, [there was] no one; and of their idols there was none to declare [anything]; and if I should ask them, Where are you from? They could not answer Me.

"For who has known [the] mind of the LORD? Or who has been His counselor?"
