For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, innocent, undefiled, having been separated from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens;

For the law appoints men as high priests who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, [appoints] a Son who has been perfected forever.

who being the effulgence of His glory and the exact expression of His substance, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

But to which of the angels has He ever said: "Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet"?

But He Himself, having offered one sacrifice for sins forever, He sat down at the right hand of God,

looking unto Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured [the] cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

for the sake of which I serve as an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I must speak.

If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at [the] right [hand] of God.

He that overcomes, I will grant to him to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

Yours, O Lord, [is] the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the might; for You are Lord of all things that are in heaven and upon the earth; before Your face every king and nation is troubled.

From the north come the clouds shining like gold: in these are the glory and honor of the Almighty;

His glory is great in Your salvation; You will crown him with glory and majesty.

Gird Your sword upon Your thigh, O Mighty One, in Your comeliness, and in Your beauty;

and bend [Your bow], and prosper, and reign, because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and Your right hand shall guide You wonderfully.

[A Psalm] of David. Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, You are very great; You have clothed Yourself with praise and honor;

to make known to the sons of men Your power, and the glorious majesty of Your kingdom.

these shall cry aloud; and they that are left on the land shall rejoice together in the glory of the Lord; the water of the sea shall be troubled.

And the Lord shall stand, and see, and feed His flock with power, and they shall dwell in the glory of the name of the Lord their God: for now shall they be magnified to the ends of the earth.
