My eyes have failed for Your salvation, and for the word of Your righteousness.

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven upon all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness.

For Moses writes about the righteousness which [is] of the law, "That the man who does those things shall live by them."

But the righteousness of faith says thus, "Do not say in your heart, 'Who shall ascend into heaven?' " (that is, to bring Christ down)

For if the ministry of condemnation [had] glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

To whom have we reported evils? And to whom have we reported a message? [Even to those] that are weaned from the milk, who are drawn from the breast.

At that time Jesus answered and said, "I praise You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent, and have revealed them to babes.

Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it."

an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, having the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I thought as a child, I reasoned as a child; but when I became a man, I put away the things of the child.

Brothers, do not be children in your understanding; rather, in malice be children, but in understanding be men.

that we may no longer be infants, being tossed as by waves, and being carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in regard to deceitful scheming,

as newborn babes, desire the genuine milk of the word, that by it you may grow,
