to Apphia the beloved, and to Archippus our fellow soldier, and to the church at your house:

And Moses said to Aaron, This is the thing which the Lord spoke, saying, I will be sanctified among them that draw near to Me, and I will be glorified in the whole congregation; and Aaron was pricked [in his heart].

And you shall keep the charges of the holy things, and the charges of the altar, and [so] there shall not be anger among the children of Israel.

And now be not wanting [to your duty], for the Lord has chosen you to stand before Him to minister, and to be ministers and burners of incense to Him.

And they shall teach My people [to distinguish] between holy and profane, and they shall make known to them [the difference] between unclean and clean.

And these shall attend at a judgment of blood to decide it. They shall rightly observe My ordinances, and judge My judgments, and keep My statutes and My commandments in all My feasts; and they shall hallow My Sabbaths.

Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit placed you [as] overseers, to shepherd the church of the Lord, and of God, which He purchased with His own blood.

Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for by doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

You however, O man of God, flee these things. But pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, gentleness.

I charge you before God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate,

I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who is going to judge the living and the dead in accordance with His appearing and His kingdom:

For there will be a time when they will not put up with sound doctrine, but according to their own lusts, they will heap up for themselves teachers, tickling their ears,

You however be watchful in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

for he was numbered with us and obtained a portion in this ministry."

And having chosen elders for them in every church, [and] having prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed.

Let a man so consider us, as ministers of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.

Now furthermore what is required among the stewards, is that one be found faithful.

And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,

Instructing the brothers in these things, you will be a good minister of Jesus Christ, being nourished by the words of faith and of the good doctrine which you have carefully followed.

Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you through prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership.

For which cause I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.

And the things which you have heard from me through many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be competent to teach others also.

You however be watchful in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
