having been buried together with Him in baptism, in which also you were raised together through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.

And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

If you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you submit to regulations--

Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also should walk in newness of life.

For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall be [in the likeness] of [His] resurrection;

knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, no longer dies. Death is no longer master [over] Him.

Likewise you also, consider yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

For I through the law died to the law, that I might live to God.

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the [life] which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.

and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power

which He worked in Christ, having raised Him from the dead, and seated [Him] at His right hand in the heavenlies,

even when we were dead in transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

and raised us up together, and seated us together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus,

Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

You have made known to me the ways of life; You will fill me with joy with Your countenance: at Your right hand [there are] delights forever.

because of the enemies of Your hand. O Lord, destroy them from the earth; scatter them in their life, though their belly has been filled with Your hidden [treasures]; they have been satisfied with uncleanness, and have left the remnant [of their possessions] to their babes.

But I shall appear in righteousness before Your face: I shall be satisfied when Your glory appears.

For whom have I in heaven [but You]? And what have I desired upon the earth besides You?

My heart and my flesh have failed; [but] God [is the strength] of my heart, and God is my portion forever.

The thoughts of the wise are ways of life, that he may turn aside and escape from hell.

but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust corrupts, and where thieves do not dig through and steal.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Sell your possessions and give alms; make for yourselves money bags which do not grow old, an unfailing treasure in the heavens, where a thief does not come near, nor does a moth destroy.

For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace.

while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are for a season, but the things which are not seen last forever.

For our citizenship exists in heaven, from which also we eagerly await for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,

who will transform our lowly body, that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subject all things to Himself.

These all died according to faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off and welcoming [them], and confessing that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

And indeed if they had remembered that land from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to turn back.

A Psalm of David. The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand, until I make Your enemies Your footstool.

'The LORD said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet" '?

Jesus said to him, "You said [it]. Nevertheless, I say to you, from now [on], you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven."

For David himself said by the Holy Spirit: 'The LORD said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet."'

And Jesus said, "I am. And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven."

So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.

Even David himself said in the Book of Psalms, 'The LORD said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand,

Hereafter the Son of Man will sit on the right hand of the power of God."

"For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself: 'The LORD said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand,

But being full of the Holy Spirit, looking intently into heaven, he saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God,

Who is he that condemns? Christ is the [One] having died, but rather also having been raised, who is even at [the] right [hand] of God, who also intercedes on our behalf.

which He worked in Christ, having raised Him from the dead, and seated [Him] at His right hand in the heavenlies,

He that descended, He is also the [One] who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.

who being the effulgence of His glory and the exact expression of His substance, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

But to which of the angels has He ever said: "Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet"?

Now this is the main point of the things being said: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,

But He Himself, having offered one sacrifice for sins forever, He sat down at the right hand of God,

looking unto Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured [the] cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

who having gone into heaven, is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers being subjected to Him.
