and in this wilderness which you saw, by the way of the mountain of the Amorite; how the Lord your God will bear you like a son, as if any man should carry his son, through all the way which you have gone, until you came to this place.

And You guided them by day by a pillar of cloud, and by night by a pillar of fire, to enlighten for them the way in which they should walk.

Teach me, O Lord, in Your way, and guide me in a right path, because of my enemies.

And He guided them with a cloud by day, and all the night with a light of fire.

And He removed His people like sheep; He led them as a flock in the wilderness.

And He guided them with hope, and they feared not: but the sea covered their enemies.

To Him who led His people through the wilderness; for His mercy [endures] forever.

I am [He]; and until you have grown old, I am [He]; I bear you, I have made, and I will relieve, I will take up and save you.

out of all their affliction; not an ambassador, nor a messenger, but [He H]imself saved them, because He loved them and spared them; He Himself redeemed them, and took them up, and lifted them up all the days of old.

Then he remembered the days of old, [saying], Where is He that brought up from the sea the shepherd of the sheep? Where is He that put His Holy Spirit in them?

He led them through the deep, as a horse through the wilderness, and they fainted not,

I am God; and beside Me there is no savior.

I have declared, and have saved; I have reproached, and there was no strange [god] among you; you are My witnesses, and I am the Lord God,

Who is like Me? Let him stand, and call, and declare, and prepare for Me from the time that I made man forever; and let them tell you the things that are coming before they arrive.

Hide not yourselves, nor go astray; have you not heard from the beginning, and [have] I [not] told you? You are witnesses if there is a God beside Me.
