[ 6:10] And these are the generations of Noah. Noah was a just man; being perfect in his generation; Noah was well pleasing to God.

When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, I am your God, be well-pleasing before Me, and be blameless.

There was a certain man in the land of Uz, whose name [was] Job; and that man was true, blameless, righteous, and godly, abstaining from everything evil.

And the Lord said to him, Have you diligently considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on [all] the earth, a blameless man, true, godly, abstaining from everything evil?

Maintain innocence, and behold uprightness; for there is a remnant to the peaceable man.

You therefore be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

Not that I have already obtained, or have already been made perfect; but I press on, if also I may lay hold of that for which I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus.

Therefore, as many as are mature, let us think this way; and if in anything you think otherwise, even this God will reveal to you.

Be watchful, and keep that which remains, which you were about to cast out, for I have not found your works perfect before My God.
