For we are His handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

of which I became a minister according to the free gift of the grace of God which was given to me according to the working of His power.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly more than all the things which we ask or think, according to the power which is working in us,

The Lord shall send out the rod of Your strength out of Zion; rule in the midst of Your enemies!

With You is dominion in the day of Your power, in the splendors of Your saints; I have begotten You from the womb before the morning.

O Lord, who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?

That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the authority of Satan to God, [in order for] them to receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.'

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes, both to the Jew first and to the Greek.

But we have this treasure in clay vessels, so that the extraordinary character of the power may be of God and not of us;

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, all things have become new.

for it is God who is working in you, both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

for which I also labor, striving according to His working which is working in me with power.

having been buried together with Him in baptism, in which also you were raised together through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.

For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, just as you know what kind [of men] we were among you for your sake.

Therefore we also pray always concerning you that our God may count you worthy of [this] calling, and may fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power,

Exercising His will He begat us by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.
