And He marveled because of their unbelief. Then He went about the villages in a circuit, teaching.

The man answered and said to them, "Why, this is a remarkable thing, that you do not know where He is from; yet He opened my eyes!

O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you, that you should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was portrayed publicly among you as crucified?

Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, will you now be made perfect in the flesh?

Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?--

But now, having known God, or rather, having been known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which once again you wish to be slaves?

I am afraid for you, lest somehow I have worked hard for you in vain.

You know that because of weakness in the flesh I preached the gospel to you the former [time].

What then was your blessing? For I bear you witness that, if possible, you would have torn out your own eyes and given them to me!

You have become estranged from Christ, you who are justified by law; you have fallen from grace.

You were running well; who hindered you from obeying the truth?

They made haste, they forgot His works; they waited not for His counsel.

And the Lord has said, This people draw near to Me with their mouth, and they honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me; and in vain do they worship Me, teaching the commandments and doctrines of men.

The heaven is amazed at this, and is very exceedingly horrorstruck, says the Lord.

For My people have committed two evils: they have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, and hewn out for themselves broken cisterns, which will not be able to hold water.

This persuasion does not come from Him who calls you.

For though you might have ten thousand tutors in Christ, yet [you do] not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

to which He called you through our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

who having saved us, and having called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time [itself],

but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all manner of life,

As His divine power has granted to us all things [pertaining] to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,

But through the grace of the Lord Jesus, we believe that we will be saved in the same manner as they."

through whom also we have had access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

and the grace of our Lord superabounded with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

You therefore, my child, be empowered by the grace which is in Christ Jesus.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ [be] with all the saints. Amen.

For they, being ignorant of the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

For if he who comes [to you] preaches another Jesus whom we did not preach, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you did not accept, you may well put up with him!
