And the words of Esau her elder son were reported to Rebecca, and she sent and called Jacob her younger son, and said to him, Behold, Esau your brother threatens you, to kill you.

And as for the word which you and I have spoken, behold, the Lord is witness between me and you forever.

And to the king of Judah that sent you to inquire of the Lord-thus shall you say to him, Thus says the Lord God of Israel: [As for] the words which you have heard;

and we do not find another His equal in strength: as for Him that judges justly, do you not think that He listens?

For the end, for alternate [strains] by the sons of Korah; for instruction, A song concerning the beloved. My heart has uttered a good matter; I declare my works to the king; my tongue is the pen of a quick writer.

But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was spoken to you by God, saying,

As regards to the gospel, [they are] enemies for your sake; but as regards to election, [they are] beloved for the sake of the fathers.

circumcised the eighth day, of the nation of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; with respect to the law, a Pharisee;

with respect to zeal, persecuting the church; with respect to righteousness which is in the law, blameless.

Because the ministry of this service not only is supplying the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God,

and by their prayer for you, who long for you because of the surpassing grace of God in you.

with much appeal, begging us [for] the grace and the fellowship of the ministry to the saints--

so that we urged Titus, that just as he had begun before, thus he would also finish this grace also in you.

I speak not by a command, but I am testing the genuineness of your love by means of the diligence of others.

And I give [my] opinion in this: For this is profitable for you, who not only previously began doing [this], but also desired to, since last year.

For if there is first a readiness, it is acceptable according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have.

but by way of equality, that now at the present time your abundance [may supply] their need, that their abundance also may supply your need, in order that there may be equality.

only they desired that we should remember the poor, which indeed I made every effort to do this very thing.

So then, as we have opportunity, let us work what is good toward all, but especially toward those who are of the household of faith.

Now concerning brotherly love you have no need [for me] to write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another.

For indeed you do so toward all the brothers in all Macedonia. But we exhort you, brothers, that you increase more and more,

But concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need that I should write to you.

And [as for] you, the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.
