Do we begin again to commend ourselves? Or do we need, as some do, letters of recommendation to you, or [letters] of recommendation from you?

being made known that you are [the] letter of Christ, which was ministered by us, having been written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not in tablets of stone but in tablets of flesh, [namely] in hearts.

For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ did not work out through me, in word and deed, for the obedience of [the] Gentiles--

in mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God, so that from Jerusalem and as far as Illyricum I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.

Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers through whom you believed, as the Lord has given to each one?

According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise architect I have laid the foundation, but another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it.

For though you might have ten thousand tutors in Christ, yet [you do] not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

Am I not an apostle? Am I not free? Have I not seen Jesus Christ our Lord? Are you not my work in the Lord?

If I am not an apostle to others, yet indeed I am to you. For you are the seal of my apostleship in the Lord.

among whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that the illumination of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not shine on them.

THE BEGINNING OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD.

But I count myself as nothing; nor do I regard my life as valuable to myself, so that I may complete my course with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to bear solemn testimony to the gospel of the grace of God.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes, both to the Jew first and to the Greek.

in the day when God shall judge the secrets of men according to my gospel through Jesus Christ.

[] Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to [the] revelation of [the] mystery kept secret since the world began,

I marvel that you are turning so quickly from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel,

But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach a gospel to you other than what we preached to you, let him be accursed.

because of the hope being laid up for you in [the] heavens, in which you heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel,

according to the gospel of the glory of the blessed God, [with] which I was entrusted.
