Let all that you do be done in love.

I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I admonish [you].

For though you might have ten thousand tutors in Christ, yet [you do] not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

Why? Because I do not love you? God knows!

And I gladly will spend and be expended for your souls; although the more abundantly I love you, the less I am loved.

For God is my witness, how greatly I long for you all with the affection of Jesus Christ.

As many as I love, I rebuke and discipline. Be zealous therefore, and repent.

Otherwise, if you bless with the spirit, how will he who occupies the place of the uninformed say "Amen" when you give thanks, since he does not know what you are saying?

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil [one]. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
