And not weakening in faith, he did not consider his own body, already having been worn out (being about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah's womb,

And hope does not put to shame, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

For by this hope we were saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees?
