And Ananias departed and entered the house; and putting his hands on him, he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord has sent me, the One who appeared to you in the way which you were coming, so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit."

Now it happened, as I was going and approaching Damascus, about midday, suddenly from heaven a great light shone about me.

"In which [pursuits] also, as I traveled to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests,

at midday, O king, along the road I saw a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, shining around me and those traveling with me.

And last of all, as of [one] born out of due time, He appeared to me also.

who cover Yourself with light as with a garment; spreading out the heaven as a curtain.

who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or is able to see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen.

The city had no need of the sun nor of the moon to shine, for the very glory of God illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb.

And night shall not exist. and there [shall] not [be a] need of a lamp and of light, because the Lord God shall illuminate them. And they shall reign forever and ever.
