But when they believed Philip as he preached the good news of the things concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

Now as they were going down the road, they came upon some water. And the eunuch said, "Behold, [here is] water: what prevents me from being baptized?"

"And when I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them, as also on us in the beginning.

"If then God has given to them the same gift as He gave to us, when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I [to be] able to hinder God?"

And God, the knower of hearts, bore witness to them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as also [He did] to us,

and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

And Abraham was ninety-nine years old, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

And at the period of that day, Abraham was circumcised, and Ishmael his son,

And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which [he had while] in uncircumcision, so that he should be the father of all those that believe, although uncircumcised, so that righteousness should also be imputed to them,

For there is no difference between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord of all is rich to all who call upon Him.
