And great crowds came to Him, having with them the lame, blind, mute, maimed, and many others; and they put them down at Jesus' feet, and He healed them.

Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Go and report to John what you have seen and heard: that the blind regain sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, the poor are evangelized.

And it came to pass when King Jeroboam heard the words of the man of God who called on the altar that was in Bethel, that the king stretched forth his hand from the altar, saying, Take hold of him. And behold, his hand which he stretched forth against him withered, and he could not draw it back to himself.

Alas for the vain shepherds that have forsaken the sheep! The sword shall be upon the arms of such a one, and upon his right eye; his arm shall be completely withered, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

And He entered again into the synagogue. And a man was there who had a withered hand.

And He said to the [one] who had the withered hand, "Step forward."

watching daily at my doors, waiting at the posts of my entrances.

is good, and shall wait for, and quietly expect salvation from the Lord.

But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly await it with endurance.

Therefore be patient, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer awaits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient for it, until it receives the early and late rain.
