Most assuredly I say to you, he who receives whomever I send receives Me; and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me."

Just as You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.

And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by [the] truth.

So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, [son] of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I care for You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs."

He said to him the third time, "Simon, [son] of Jonah, do you care for Me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you care for Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I care for You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.

Who is this that has come from Edom, [with] red garments from Bosor? Thus fair in his apparel, with mighty strength? I speak of righteousness and saving judgment.

I am full of trodden [grapes], and of the nations there is not a man with Me; and I trampled them in My fury, and dashed them to pieces as earth, and brought down their blood to the earth.

"Behold, I am sending you forth like sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be as wise as serpents and innocent as doves.

"He that receives you receives Me, and he that receives Me receives Him who sent Me.

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

And He said to them, "Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to all creation.

And these signs shall accompany those who have believed: In My name they shall cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;

and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

And behold, I am sending the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high."

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

And the things which you have heard from me through many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be competent to teach others also.

Therefore, holy brothers, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Jesus Christ,
