But the angel said to him, "Do not be afraid, Zacharias, because your prayer has been heard; and your wife Elizabeth will bear a son to you, and you shall call his name John.

Do not fear, little flock, because your Father is well pleased to give to you the kingdom.

Fear not; for I am with you; wander not; for I am your God, who has strengthened you; and I have helped you, and have established you with My righteous right hand.

Fear not, Jacob, [and you] Israel few in number; I have helped you, says your God, He that redeems you, O Israel.

And now thus says the Lord God that made you, O Jacob, and formed you, O Israel, Fear not; for I have redeemed you, I have called you [by] your name; you are Mine.

For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, that saves you; I have made Egypt and Ethiopia your ransom, and [have given] Seba for you.

Thus says the Lord God that made you, and He that formed you from the womb; You shall yet be helped; fear not, My servant Jacob; and beloved Israel, whom I have chosen.

But the angel answered and said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified.

Now the Lord spoke to Paul by a vision in the night, "Fear not, but speak, and do not keep silent;

for I am with you, and no one will attack you to harm you; for I have many people in this city."

saying, 'Do not be afraid, Paul; for it is necessary for you to stand before Caesar; and behold, God has granted you all those sailing with you.'

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who [can be] against us?

so that being confident, we may say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"
