since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with affliction those who afflict you,

and to give you who are being afflicted rest along with us at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with His mighty angels,

For judgment is without mercy to the one who does not show mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

Give back to her as also she gave back, and pay back double as also she [did], and according to her works. In her cup which she mixed, mix for her a double [portion].
