Then Peter said to Him, "Lord, do You speak this parable only to us, or to all [people]?"

Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes.

He that [is] faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he that is unjust in what is least is also unjust in much.

And if you were not faithful in what belongs to another, who will give to you what is yours?

And he said to him, 'Well [done], good servant; because you were faithful in a very little, have authority over ten cities.'

Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit placed you [as] overseers, to shepherd the church of the Lord, and of God, which He purchased with His own blood.

Let a man so consider us, as ministers of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.

Now furthermore what is required among the stewards, is that one be found faithful.

And I give thanks to the [One] who empowers me, Christ Jesus our Lord, because He considered me faithful, putting me into the ministry,

And the things which you have heard from me through many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be competent to teach others also.

And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of the things which would be spoken,

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

If anyone speaks, [let him speak] as the utterances of God. If anyone serves, [let him serve] as from strength, as God supplies, so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.

"I know your works, and where you live, where Satan's throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith in the days in which Antipas was My faithful witness, who was killed among you, where Satan is dwelling.

Then He said to them, "Therefore every scribe having become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out of his treasure new and old [things]."

for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;

"Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?

Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?'

Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say to the shepherds, Thus says the Lord God: O shepherds of Israel, do shepherds feed themselves? Do not the shepherds feed the sheep?

So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, [son] of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I care for You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs."

He said to him the third time, "Simon, [son] of Jonah, do you care for Me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you care for Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I care for You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.

And I, brothers, was not able to speak to you as to spiritual, but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ.

I gave you milk to drink, and not solid food; for you were not yet able [to receive it]. Indeed, neither are you now yet able;

And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,

until we all arrive to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to [the] measure of [the] stature of the fullness of Christ;

The elders who are among you I exhort, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed;

nor as being masters over the flock [under you], but rather being examples to the flock.
