and saying, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!"

But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.'

The Lord God will give a word to them that preach [it] in a great company.

Wisdom has built a house for herself, and set up seven pillars.

She has sent forth her servants, calling with a loud proclamation to the feast, saying,

You that thirst, go to the water, and all that have no money, go [and] buy; and eat [and drink] wine and milk without money or price.

Why do you value at the price of money, and [give] your labor for that which will not satisfy? Hearken to Me, and you shall eat that which is good, and your soul shall feast itself on good things.

and I sent to you My servants the prophets, sending them early; (but you would not listen, nor incline your ear to hear) saying,

And I sent to you My servants the prophets, saying, Turn, everyone from his evil way, and amend your practices, and do not go after other gods to serve them, and you shall dwell upon the land which I gave to you and to your fathers. But you have not inclined your ears, and you would not listen.

And He called the twelve to Himself, and began to send them out two by two, and gave them power over unclean spirits.

but [to go] having put on sandals, and not to put on two tunics.

And as many as do not receive you nor hear you, as you leave from there, shake off the dust underneath your feet as a testimony against them. Assuredly, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for Sodom or for Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city!"

And having called together the twelve, He gave them power and authority over all demons, and to heal diseases.

And He said to them, "Take nothing for the journey, neither staffs nor knapsack nor bread nor silver; and do not have two tunics apiece.

And as many as will not receive you, when you go out from that city, shake off the very dust from your feet as a testimony against them."

Now when one of those who sat at the table with Him heard these things, he said to Him, "Blessed is he who shall eat dinner in the kingdom of God!"

and he sent his servant at dinnertime to say to those who were invited, 'Come, for all things are now ready.'

And the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let him who thirsts come. The [one] who desires, let him take [the] water of life freely.

As soon as you shall enter into the city, so shall you find him in the city, before he goes up to the high place to eat; for the people will not eat until he comes in, for he blesses the sacrifice, and afterwards the guests eat. Now then go up, for you shall find him because of the holiday.

Be fearful before the Lord God; for the day of the Lord is near; for the Lord has prepared His sacrifice, and has sanctified His guests.

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, [you] who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often would I have gathered your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!

For I am the Lord your God, that brought you out of the land of Egypt; open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.

So I let them go after the ways of their own hearts; they will go on in their own ways.

Since I called, and you did not hear, and I spoke at length, and you gave no heed;

therefore I also will laugh at your destruction; and I will rejoice against you when ruin comes upon you:

For it shall be that when you call upon me, I will not listen to you: wicked men shall seek me, but shall not find me.

neither would they attend to my counsels, but derided my reproofs.

For because they wronged the simple, they shall be slain; and an inquisition shall ruin the ungodly.

Thus says the Lord, the Holy Lord of Israel; When you shall turn and mourn, then you shall be saved; and you shall know where you were, when you trusted in vanities; [then] your strength became vain, yet you would not hearken;

Thus says the Lord, Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths of the Lord; and see what is the good way and walk in it, and you shall find purification for your souls. But they said, We will not walk [in them].

I have set watchmen over you, [saying], Hear the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hear.

As I called them, so they departed from My presence; they sacrificed to Baalam, and burnt incense to graven images.

And his people [shall] cleave fondly to their habitation; but God shall be angry with his precious things, and shall not at all exalt him.

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, like a hen [gathers] her brood under her wings, but you were not willing!

But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and began to plead with him.

Nevertheless bring here those enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, and slay [them] before me.'"

But you are unwilling to come to Me, so that you may have life.

And the Jews, seeing the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and spoke against the things being said by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming.

But to Israel he says: "the whole day long I have stretched out My hands to a disobedient and contrary people."

See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape, having refused Him who warned [them], how much more [shall we not escape] if we turn away from Him who warns from heaven;
