Turn to Me, and you shall be saved, you that [come] from the end of the earth; I am God, and there is none other.

saying, Righteousness and glory shall come to Him; and all that remove them from their borders shall be ashamed.

We brought a report as [of] a child before Him; [He is] as a root in a thirsty land; He has no form, nor comeliness; and we saw Him, but He had no form nor beauty.

But His form was ignoble, and inferior to that of the children of men; [He was] a man in suffering, and acquainted with the bearing of sickness, for His face has turned from [us]; He was dishonored, and not esteemed.

You that thirst, go to the water, and all that have no money, go [and] buy; and eat [and drink] wine and milk without money or price.

Give heed with your ears, and follow My ways; hearken to Me, and your soul shall live in prosperity; and I will make with you an everlasting covenant, the sure mercies of David.

All that the Father gives Me shall come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.

Now on the last day, the great [day] of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.

And the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let him who thirsts come. The [one] who desires, let him take [the] water of life freely.

For they bind heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay [them] on men's shoulders; but they do not desire to move them with their finger.

[ 3:18] And to Adam He said, Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and eaten of the tree of which I commanded you not to eat of it- of that you have eaten, cursed is the ground in your labors, in pain shall you eat of it all the days of your life.

[ 3:20] In the sweat of your face shall you eat your bread until you return to the ground out of which you were taken, for dust you are, and to dust you shall return.

yet man is born to labor, and even so the vulture's young seek the high places.

For a mortal born of a woman is short-lived, and full of wrath.

For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; I became thoroughly miserable while a thorn was fastened in [me]. Pause.

For my transgressions have gone over my head; they have pressed heavily upon me like a weighty burden.

For we have perished in Your anger, and in Your wrath we have been troubled.

For all our days are gone, and we have passed away in Your wrath; our years have spun out their tale as a spider.

All things are full of labor; a man will not be able to speak [of them.] Neither shall the eye be satisfied with seeing, neither shall the ear be filled with hearing.

I beheld all the works that were done under the sun; and indeed, all is vanity and grasping for the wind.

For it happens to a man in all his labor, and in the purpose of his heart in which he labors under the sun.

For all his days [are] sorrowful, and vexation of spirit is his; in the night also his heart rests not. This is also vanity.

There is one [alone], and there is not a second; yea, he has neither son nor brother: yet there is no end to all his labor; neither is his eye satisfied with wealth. And for whom do I labor, and deprive my soul of good? This is also vanity, and an evil trouble.

Alas, sinful nation, a people full of sins, an evil seed, lawless children; you have forsaken the Lord, and provoked the Holy One of Israel.

that there should be given to them that mourn in Zion glory instead of ashes, the oil of joy to the mourners, the garment of glory for the spirit of heaviness; and they shall be called generations of righteousness, the planting of the Lord for glory.

For all these things are Mine, says the Lord; and to whom will I have respect, but to the humble and meek, and the [man] that trembles [at] My words?

With what shall I reach the Lord, and lay hold of my God most high? Shall I reach Him by whole burnt offerings, by calves of a year old?

Has it not been told you, O man, what is good? Or what does the Lord require of you, but to do justice, and love mercy, and be ready to walk with the Lord your God?

Now therefore, why do you test God by putting a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?

For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man.

O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from this body of death?

Stand fast therefore in the freedom in which Christ has made us free, and do not be loaded down again with a yoke of bondage.

Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

to give him rest from evil days, until the pit is dug for the wicked.

Return to your rest, O my soul; for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you.

And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, and He that shall arise to rule over the Gentiles; in Him shall the Gentiles trust, and His rest shall be glorious.

This is the rest to him that is hungry, and this is the calamity; but they would not hear.

Thus says the Lord that delivered you, the Holy One of Israel; I am your God, I have shown you how you should find the way in which you should walk.

And if you had hearkened to My commandments, [then] would your peace have been like a river, and your righteousness as a wave of the sea.

Thus says the Lord, Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths of the Lord; and see what is the good way and walk in it, and you shall find purification for your souls. But they said, We will not walk [in them].

and to give you who are being afflicted rest along with us at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with His mighty angels,

Therefore let us fear, lest while the promise remains to enter into His rest, anyone of you seems to have fallen short.
