A wise man shall judge nations, but a worthless man being angry laughs and does not fear.

And the people shall fall, man upon man, and [every] man upon his neighbor; the child shall insult the elder man, and the base [toward] the honorable.

Therefore subject yourselves to every human institution on account of the Lord: whether to the king as [to one] having authority,

or to governors, as to those being sent for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise [of those] doing good.

Likewise indeed even these [filthy] dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and blaspheme glories.
