And he will turn many of the sons of Israel to the Lord their God.

And he himself will go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, 'to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,' and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."

"And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Highest; for you will go before the face of the Lord to prepare His ways,

to declare the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of recompense; to comfort all that mourn;

And after the sixty-two weeks, the Anointed One shall be killed, and there is no judgment in Him. And He shall destroy the city and the sanctuary with the prince that is to come: they shall be cut off with a flood, and to the end of the war which is rapidly completed He shall appoint [the city] to desolations.

And one week shall establish the covenant with many. And in the midst of the week my sacrifice and drink offering shall be taken away: and on the temple [shall be] the abomination of desolations; and at the end of the time an end shall be put to the desolation.

Therefore I will no longer have mercy upon the inhabitants of the land, says the Lord: but, behold, I will deliver up the men, everyone [of them,] into the hand of his neighbor, and into the hand of his king; and they shall destroy the land, and I will not rescue out of their hand.

And it shall come to pass that in all the land, says the Lord, two-thirds in it shall be cut off and perish; but one-third shall be left in it.

And I will gather all the Gentiles to Jerusalem to war, and the city shall be taken, and the houses plundered, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, but the rest of My people shall not be utterly cut off from the city.

And when that king heard, he was furious. And he sent out his troops, and he destroyed those murderers, and he burned up their city.

so that on you may come all the righteous blood being shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah, son of Berechiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, [you] who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often would I have gathered your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!

For as the lightning comes out from the east and flashes to the west, so shall also be the coming of the Son of Man.

"Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give its light; and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.

"So whenever you see the 'abomination of desolation,' spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where he must not"--he who reads, let him understand--"then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

And let him who is in the field not return to the things behind, to take his garment.

And pray that your flight does not take place in winter.

And unless the Lord had cut short the days, no flesh would be saved; but on account of the elect, whom He chose, He cut short the days.

For false christs and false prophets will arise, and they will give signs and wonders in order to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.

"But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its radiance;

And then they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

And as He drew near, seeing the city, He wept over it,

For days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment around you, surround you and hem you in from every side,

For these are the days of vengeance, to fulfill all that has been written.

And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming upon the earth, for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

And it shall be if one shall hear the words of this curse, and shall flatter himself in his heart, saying, Let good happen to me, for I will walk in the error of my heart, lest the sinner destroy the guiltless with [him]:

And the Lord shall separate that man for evil of all the children of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in the book of this law.

brimstone and burning salt, (the whole land shall not be sown, neither shall any green thing spring, nor rise upon it, as Sodom and Gomorrah were overthrown, Admah and Zeboiim, which the Lord overthrew in His wrath and anger)-

And [men] shall say, Because they forsook the covenant of the Lord God of their fathers, the things which He appointed to their fathers, when He brought them out of the land of Egypt,

And the Lord was exceedingly angry with that land to bring upon it according to all the curses which are written in the book of this law.

The secret things [belong] to the Lord our God, but the things that are revealed [belong] to us and to our children forever, to do all the words of this law.

Therefore a curse shall consume the earth, because its inhabitants have sinned; therefore the inhabitants of the earth shall be poor, and few men shall be left.

And the princes have defiled My sanctuaries; so I gave Jacob [to enemies] to destroy, and Israel to reproach.

For you shall leave your name for a loathing to My chosen, and the Lord shall destroy you; but My servants shall be called by a new name,

Moreover, all Israel has transgressed Your law, and have refused to heed Your voice; so the curse has come upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against Him.

And he said to me, This is the curse that goes out over the face of the whole earth; for every thief shall be punished with death on this side, and every false swearer shall be punished on that side.

And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will smite all the nations, as many as have fought against Jerusalem: their flesh shall dissolve while they are standing upon their feet, and their eyes shall melt out of their sockets, and their tongue shall dissolve in their mouth.

And Peter, remembering, said to Him, "Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has dried up!"

but if it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and near to being cursed, of which the end [is] for burning.

For if we sin willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,

Anyone disregarding the law of Moses dies without compassions on [the testimony of] two or three witnesses.

For we know Him who said, "Vengeance is Mine; I will repay," says the Lord. And again, "The LORD will judge His people."

And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants will minister to Him.

He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming quickly." Amen. Yes, come, Lord Jesus!

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ [be] with all the saints. Amen.
