And I said to the angel that spoke with me, What are these things, my lord? And he said to me, These are the horns that have scattered Judah and Israel, and Jerusalem.

And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was over the water of the river, and he lifted up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him that lives forever, that [it should be] for a time, times and half a time. When the dispersion is ended, they shall know all these things.

I said unto the transgressors, Do not transgress; and to the sinners, Lift not up the horn.

Lift not up your horn on high; speak not unrighteousness against God.

PHE. The Lord has done that which He purposed; He has accomplished His word, even the things which He commanded from the ancient days; He has thrown down, and has not spared, and He has caused the enemy to rejoice over you, He has exalted the horn of him that afflicted you.
