And Moses led the people forth out of the camp to meet God, and they stood by under the camp.

having assembled the people, the men, and the women, and the children, and the stranger that is in your cities, that they may hear, and that they may learn to fear the Lord your God; and they shall hearken to do all the words of this law.

And David assembled all Israel at Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the Lord to the place which he [had] prepared for it.

Then Solomon assembled all the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, [even] the leaders of the families of the children of Israel, to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the covenant of the Lord out of the city of David (this [is] Zion).

And all Israel was assembled [unto] the king in the feast, this [is] the seventh month.

And the seventh month arrived, and the children of Israel [were settled] in their cities. And all the people were gathered as one man to the broad place before the Water Gate, and they told Ezra the scribe to bring the Book of the Law of Moses, which the Lord commanded Israel.
