[It is] a perpetual statute throughout your generations, in all your habitations; you shall eat no fat and no blood.

And whatever man of the children of Israel, or of the strangers abiding among you, shall eat any blood, I will even set My face against that soul that eats blood, and I will destroy [that soul] from [among] its people.

Therefore I said to the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, and the stranger that abides among you shall not eat blood.

For the blood of all flesh is its life; and I said to the children of Israel, You shall not eat the blood of any flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood: everyone that eats it shall be destroyed.

But flesh with its lifeblood you shall not eat.

And it was reported to Saul, saying, The people have sinned against the Lord, eating with the blood. And Saul said, Roll a large stone to me here.

And Saul said, Disperse yourselves among the people, and tell them to bring here everyone his calf, and everyone his sheep; and let them kill it on this stone and sin not against the Lord in eating with the blood. And the people brought each one that which was in his hand, and they killed them there.

Then Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves.

but that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, and from sexual immorality, from things strangled, and [from] blood.

that you abstain from meat offered to idols, and from blood, and from [anything] strangled, and from fornication; from which keeping yourselves back, you will do well. Farewell.

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

Because every creature of God is good, and not one is to be rejected, being received with thanksgiving,
