And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

Speak to the children of Israel, and you shall say unto them, The feasts of the Lord which you shall call holy assemblies, these are My feasts.

And Moses spoke to Aaron and his sons, and to all the children of Israel.

For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst."
