And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, open the eyes of the servant, I pray, and let him see. And the Lord opened his eyes, and he saw. And behold, the mountain [was] full of horses, and there were chariots of fire round about Elisha.

And the men who were traveling with him stood speechless, hearing the voice but seeing no one.

"And those who were with me observed the light and became terrified, but they did not hear the voice of the [One] speaking to me.

Son of man, eat your bread with sorrow, and drink [your] water with torment and affliction.

And so fearful was the spectacle, [that] Moses said, "I am greatly afraid and trembling."

[ 3:11] And he said to Him, I heard Your voice as You walked in the garden, and I feared because I was naked and I hid myself.

Now therefore enter into the rocks, and hide yourselves in the earth, for fear of the Lord, and by reason of the glory of His might, when He shall arise to strike mightily the earth.

Shall anyone hide himself in secret places, and I not see him? Do I not fill heaven and earth? Says the Lord.
