And it came to pass in the fourth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fifth month, [that] Hananiah the false prophet, the son of Azur, from Gibeon, spoke to me in the house of the Lord, in the sight of the priests and all the people, saying,

Hear the word of the Lord, all Judea.

And Jeremiah came from Tophet, where the Lord had sent him to prophesy; and he stood in the court of the Lord's house. And said to all the people, Thus says the Lord:

Thus said the Lord; Stand in the court of the Lord's house, and you shall declare to all the Jews, and to all that come to worship in the house of the Lord, all the words which I commanded you to speak to them; do not leave out one word.
