and I will scatter them among the nations, to them whom neither they nor their fathers knew; and I will send a sword upon them, until I have consumed them with it.

And I will cause them to be dispersed into all the kingdoms of the earth, and they shall be for a reproach, and a proverb, and an [object of] hatred, and a curse, in every place where I have driven them out.

Therefore thus said the Lord: You have not hearkened to Me, to proclaim a release everyone to his neighbor. Behold, I proclaim a release to you, to the sword, and to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will give you up to dispersion [among] all the kingdoms of the earth.

And I will scatter you among the nations, and the sword shall come upon you and consume you; and your land shall be desolate, and your cities shall be desolate.

The Lord shall give you up for slaughter before your enemies; you shall go out against them one way, and flee from their face seven ways; and you shall be a dispersion in all the kingdoms of the earth.

And the Lord your God shall scatter you among all nations, from one end of the earth to the other; and there you shall serve other gods [of] wood and stone, which you knew not, nor your fathers.

HETH. Jerusalem has sinned a great sin; therefore has she come into tribulation, all that used to honor her have afflicted her, for they have seen her shame: yea, she herself groaned, and turned backward.

Thus says the Lord God: Bring up a multitude upon them, and send trouble and plunder into the midst of them.

Forasmuch as Manasseh the king of Judah has wrought all these evil abominations, beyond all that the Amorites did who lived before [him], and has led Judah also into sin by their idols,

And I will stretch out over Jerusalem the measure of Samaria, and the plummet of the house of Ahab; and I will wipe Jerusalem as a jar is wiped, and turned upside down in the wiping.

Nevertheless the Lord turned not from the fierceness of His great anger, wherewith He was wroth in His anger against Judah, because of the provocations, with which Manasseh provoked Him.

And the Lord said, I will also remove Judah from My presence, as I removed Israel, and I will reject this city which I have chosen, [even] Jerusalem, and the house [of] which I said, My name shall be there.

Moreover it was the purpose of the Lord concerning Judah, to remove them from His presence, because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did.

Moreover he shed innocent blood, and filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord would not pardon [it].
