And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, and He that shall arise to rule over the Gentiles; in Him shall the Gentiles trust, and His rest shall be glorious.

And it shall be in that day, [that] the Lord shall again show His hand, to be zealous for the remnant that is left of the people, which shall be left by the Assyrians, and [that] from Egypt, and from the country of Babylon, and from Ethiopia, and from the Elamites, and from the rising of the sun, and out of Arabia.

Thus shall many nations wonder at Him; and kings shall keep their mouths shut; for they to whom no report was brought concerning Him shall see; and they who have not heard, shall consider.

says the Lord that gathers the dispersed of Israel; for I will gather to him a congregation.

A ruler shall not fail from Judah, nor a prince from his loins, until there come the things stored up for him; and He is the expectation of nations.

Deliver me from the gain sayings of the people; You shall make me head of the Gentiles: a people whom I knew not served me,

And so eagerly striving to evangelize not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon the foundation of another,

Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh--who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made by hands in the flesh--

which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets:

Then shall you see, and fear, and be amazed in your heart; for the wealth of the sea shall come round to you, and of nations and peoples; and herds of camels shall come to you,

Yet the number of the children of Israel was as the sand of the sea, which shall not be measured nor numbered: and it shall come to pass, [that] in the place where it was said to them, You are not My people, even they shall be called the sons of the living God.

And many nations shall flee for refuge to the Lord in that day, and they shall be for a people to Him, and they shall dwell in the midst of you; and you shall know that the Lord Almighty has sent Me to you.

Thus says the Lord Almighty; Yet shall many peoples come, and the inhabitants of many cities;

And many peoples and many nations shall come to seek earnestly the face of the Lord Almighty in Jerusalem, and to obtain [the] favor of the Lord.

The isles have waited for Me, and the ships of Tarshish among the first, to bring your children from afar, and their silver and their gold with them, and [that] for the sake of the holy name of the Lord, and because the Holy One of Israel is glorified.

A Psalm of David. The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand, until I make Your enemies Your footstool.

With You is dominion in the day of Your power, in the splendors of Your saints; I have begotten You from the womb before the morning.

Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into His glory?"

When he had gone out, Jesus said, "Now the Son of Man has been glorified, and God has been glorified in Him.

If God has been glorified in Him, God will also glorify Him in Himself, and will glorify Him immediately.

Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the time has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You,

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you indeed delivered up and denied Him in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release Him.

Him God has exalted to His right hand as Prince and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.

So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him: "You are My Son, Today I have begotten You."
