Thus says the Lord God, who made the heaven, and established it; who settled the earth, and the things in it, and gives breath to the people in it, and spirit to them that tread on it;

It is the Lord that made the earth by His strength, who set up the world by His wisdom, and by His understanding stretched out the sky,

The Lord made the earth by His power, preparing the world by His wisdom, by His understanding He stretched out the heaven.

I have made the earth, and man upon it; with My hand I have established the heavens; I have given commandment to all the stars.

And God blessed them, saying, Increase and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the seas and flying creatures of heaven, and all the cattle and all the earth, and all the reptiles that creep on the earth.

And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and have dominion over it.

The heaven of heavens [belongs] to the Lord; but He has given the earth to the sons of men.

and I will multiply men upon you, [even] all the house of Israel to the last; and the cities shall be inhabited, and the desolate land shall be built upon.

And I will increase men upon you, [even] My people Israel; and they shall inherit you, and you shall be to them for a possession; and you shall no more be bereaved of them.

For I am the Lord God, and there is no other God beside Me; I strengthened you, and you have not known Me.

That they that [come] from the east and they that [come] from the west may know that there is no God but Me. I am the Lord God, and there is none beside.
